I have been viewing the Kieran Trass website Hybrid.co.nz and was wondering if anyone out there would be in a position to talk to my wife and I about doing these kind of deals?
We always find its the "little things" that we learn from people, seminars and books that often improve our knowledge base in the property game. It would be great to have dinner with an experienced player and discuss the do's and dont's concerning adding dwellings or extra rooms. Things like the RMA, waiting times, finance timing and number crunching. We live in the Tauranga area.
