Hi, have a look on trademe at sheepo7, philco2, they are the same person. They also do underfloor as well now. We used them to top up our own house, and will use them to to the same on one of our rentals.

Im just revisiting this as theres not much info on existing threads---Im looking for people who have come in cheapest on 2-3 quotes and did a decent job.
Ive got 3 rentals so I need to be as economical as possible......cheers
