I'm looking for a draftsman to draw up plans on our 1920's bungalow that we are going to renovate. I already have the house and modifications drawn up in CAD and just need someone to touch it up for council submission.
These renovations will include:
Addition of a deck (below 1.5m)
Add french doors
Move front door
Repile
Move kitchen
Remove wall in between rooms to create open plan kitchen, living, dining.
Fill in rear porch to add extra area for 3rd bedroom
Does anyone have recommendations and what this would expect to cost?
We are based in West Auckland.
