Brand new small bathroom - any advice

    We have a small upstairs bathroom and followed a few hints given by a friend who does bathrooms. Might help you:
    - Every line, step, join makes things seem smaller, so reduce or eliminate them
    - Good lighting and light colours
    - Shower over bath with one-piece, three-sided shower liner
    - Mirror as large as possible.
    - Minimise the clutter.

      Those guys are a joke..Charge around 4 or 5 times the price. They wear funky looking pink shirts to impress the wives when they come and do the quotation.LOL

        Just looking for advice on a ensuite bathroom build.
        would it be a no no to allow access from another room? So both the master and 2nd could access etc.

          It's called a jack and jill bathroom, how workable it is depends on the balance of the overall layout. I'm about to put a door from the master into the main bathroom in a property, rather than carve it into two smaller bathrooms that would be a bit too small other than as box tickers.
