Small villa reclad

First post, lots of good info here!

We are looking at a property that is clad with asbestos and had limited flashing is places. What is the approxiamte cost to reclad a small villa with a suitable material, plus an estimate to get the professional in to remove the asbestos?
If the estimates show further investigation is helpful we will get a quote from a builder and be able to clearly offer what we want

I am a commercial property manager so do have a few contacts, just dont want to waste a builders time quoting on a silly projects I want go through with. thanks though
