Nice one Donna, I might go along and learn something... Pity about the free book - I recently bought a copy - mind you I guess I could give the freebie to a friend...We all need rich friends!
I'm not sure that opting out of stuff you're not good at - like finding properties for example, is really the best answer though. I don't think you really get a feel for the market if you're not actually out there looking and comparing. Then a finder tells you this is a great deal so you buy it then find out that they were kind of optimistic about the rent, and kind of overstated the potential value after reno-- We all have stories about how we got a good valuation by leading the valuer in some way. And rental assessments...
I guess you find a finder who you trust. And a valuer and a Am I rambling..? This is kind of train of thought stuff. Maybe I've persuaded myself to agree with you, stick to what you're good at.. and get a good team hmmm. Am I good at building a team? Better find out from Mr Hamilton.......
