And what would be approximate / reasonable cost that would be related to Architect? (I am assuming the other engineers/etc, planner etc costs are all fairly standard from what I can tell, happy to be wrong though). I am seeing some large variation in pricing and pricing models (fee vs. percentage of development cost for example).
