Converting Company Share Apartments

Has anyone had experience converting ownership structure from company share to unit title or know of any conversions that have been made?

I once owned a unit in Jerningham apartments in Oriental Bay Wellington
That was company share I heard they switch to unit titles.

Yes. What is it? apartments? multistory? If it's multi-story and over 3 levels you'll run into issue with mandatory upgrading of fire and earthquake strengthening.
