Arrrrhhh geeee guys and gals and fellow investors thank you very much for the nice words.

I can remember in the early days when Marc and Donna were trying to get PropertyTlak up and running that Marc and I at one one stage had 24% posts on site.

With the increasing popularity of the site and the more people realised what great information was coming from fellow posters our percentage has steadily gone down.

The Propertytalk forum has built up a damned good resource with the helpful advice that is continually being posted everyday.

With each newbie that registers there is often a repeat of questions that were asked by newbies months ago but these questions are answered with much humour and patience shown by the Propertytalk's regulars who were once newbies themselves to the forum.(Heck what a mouthful)
