Personally I wouldn't use Leaders as while some individuals are good, their model is rent-a-desk and there is little sharing of listings or professional standards.

My recommendation would be a Leaders agent who I've known for many years, and who has just got me a great result by tendering (a model that neither Professionals or Tommies seem interested in). Who cares if agents share listings or not? The listing just needs to be on Trademe - it's the buyers you want to see it!

Speak to Karen Arnold at Harcourts, Shane Brocklebank at Professionals and Brad Sketcher at Tommys and have them all go through the house to appraise it.

I've used them all and had good results their all trust worthy and professional agents backed by quality companies.

I personally would look at a few REA websites and see who has sold the most and has the most listing etc etc. I know of one in the Porirua area but not Lower Hutt sorry.

Hi all, need a recommendation for a trustworthy realestate agent please for a young couple who have inherited a property in Tirohanga, Lower Hutt. They live in another part of NZ so wish to sell. They don't have much knowledge of property in general and both parents deceased so no guidance there. Looking for an agent to help who we can trust to look after them please.
