No but I am glad it will be easier to avoid the bailiffs now :-)

Sent one around to a guy's place.

It cost $200, took around 4 months for them to catch up with the guy and I got a letter saying "No seizable property."

So a complete waste of time.

Yes well if you are dealing with anybody sophisticated they would own those assets in a trust anyway so none of their assets are seizable. It's a very rortable, (Real word?) system. Well it used to be anyway.

Yeah, bailiffs are basically useless as far as I can tell. The debtors would just need to say something like "That belongs to my wife" and they can't touch it.
