Yeah, bailiffs are basically useless as far as I can tell. The debtors would just need to say something like "That belongs to my wife" and they can't touch it.

Yes well if you are dealing with anybody sophisticated they would own those assets in a trust anyway so none of their assets are seizable. It's a very rortable, (Real word?) system. Well it used to be anyway.Leave a comment:

Sent one around to a guy's place.
It cost $200, took around 4 months for them to catch up with the guy and I got a letter saying "No seizable property."
