Agency Agreement
Hey guys is there a way to cancle exclusive agreement (i know its exclusive for a reason). also is there a way for the vendor to change the agreement to a general?

Check the working of the agreement. Is there a clause in the agreement to cancle if you are unhappy with the agents?
If not, shout and roar and stamp your fee like a 2 year old to get your way. Seriously, try it, my 2yo gets his way most of the time, and those who make most noise, get listended to. So long as you have a good reason for wanting out of the contract.

Well you can just tell them they may as well let you out of it otherwise they will be wasting their time because you will never sign an agreement with them. What can they do about that? Nothing.Squadly dinky do!Comment
