To get back to boaring (spelling corrupted for the educated) old property and the downward spiral.

Does my cancelling of an offer on a large S&P count as a small part of a bigger issue.

I decided perhaps I better stick to boring old local local market and lower debt levels.

Natually I blamed the share market in Moscow being closed due to a 19% dive.

tpr2 and princess start wicked rumors because you have to have something to do when nobody is buying property.

Still more satisfying than reading endless drivel from Orb and K which is in all reality the other option.

World financial issues are starting to get too depressing.
two ears and just one mouth.. for good reason.

5 out of 6 posts in the "new posts" heading are from TPR2, cause he's surfing the net looking for opportunities! :-)

I was going to say wasting time surfing the net, but I'm sure you're not! ;-)

reminds me at the end of "CROSS OF IRON" when Sargent Stiener shows the Prussian guy where the "iron crosses grow" as the Prussian guy fumbles around wondering how to load his machine gun...

Good movie imo -sam pekinpah circa 1977

about a german recon platoon on the eastern front caucasus 1943 during the "great retreat"...

its a statement about how dumbarses in flash uniforms or suites dont get what they promote in this case war and when they are caught in a situation with no one to do there dirty work for them how inept they are...

I have heard of it but never seen it.

Some one made me watch napolean dynamite the other day. Rebecca was shocked at how bad the movie was yet I loved the subtle humor....lol

That is one of my favourite war movies. Actually more of a drama thriller with heaps of character development. And extremely realistic too, based on frequently occuring real-world events.

I think they even shot it as accurately as possible, mainly using the legit old WW2 Russky and Kraut weapons (in Tito's Yugoslavia i think, making the backdrop as communist as it was legally achievable back in the late 1970s, and as similar to Krasnodarskiy Kray as possible outside of Russia)

There's a new house for sale down the road from me with no eves, crammed on to a small section on the edge of a main road. They're now offering a tiny Suzuki car in with the house and asking $495k. The trouble is that it's probably worth $100k less.

Another brick and tile that has just been finished on a section that was promoted on PT. It's been for sale the whole time they were building it but I see now they've given up and are offering it for rent.
