You know those internet ads that are extremely long pages that you scroll down thinking 'what's the catch' or 'just tell me how much'.

Prices are still going up in Tokoroa.

You know more people are retiring and moving out of Auckland and also the dairy farmers are getting a big payout. Have to spend it somewhere.
