    31. Consider contributing to the PT Wiki. Should you find such
a prospect a bit overawing, some PT folks who are already
involved will help you. Just ask.

    29. Post updates on progress after your initial posting - e.g. what happened at the tribunal, what structure did you end up with, did you get that deal?

    30. (Within the rules) highlight bad and/or unethical practices within the industry, so that people know that if its on PropertyTalk.com "it must be true".

    27. The tune " Dont worry...be happy" plays everytime you log into PT.

    28. Every time you log off PT Donna's voice sings "Chim-chiminy,
Chim-chiminy. Chim-Chim-Cherooo" as we skip towards the kitchen for a cup of delightful green tea.

    Lovely

    23. Inform and entertain us with anecdotes from the Tenant front line.

    24. Ask searching questions to make us ponder how much or little we know - but remember to give us the answer!

    25. Support the advertisers - they keep PT Free and on air.

    16. Attend, meet and network with the like minded members from PT.

    17. Post interesting news articles that may be of interest to members.

    18. Contribute to a thread if you are well informed on the subject.

    19. Ignore the extremely negative, emotional, one eyed members unless you like to waste energy arguing with idiots.

    20. Give back to the PT community if you have been helped in some way.

    1. Focus on the positives - don't encourage people to focus on the negative.

    2. Freely offer advise where you can.

    3. Welcome new posters to the site.

    4. Encourage constructive discussion on different methods of investing in property.

    5. Keep commercial posts in Caveat Emptor.

    6. Congratulate people on their achievements.

    7. Post, but don't boast about, your achievements.

    8. Use Firefox's built in spelling checkar

    9. If you've had success with a tradesman/agent/mentor/lawyer etc., don't keep it to yourself.

    10. If you've found (but not founded!) a useful website, let everyone know!

    11. Make constructive suggestions (in Ask Us A Question About the Forum) of way to improve PropertyTalk.com
