    1 Have a signature so small no one can read it.

    2 Say you will pm them and never do.

    3 Spell Propertytalk wrong.

    4 contribute here

    5 etc, etc.

    6. Post a very personal attack to another member on this forum.

    7 Tell them you just made $500,000 share trading.

    8 Invent acronyms that no one else can understand.

    9 Mention you are from GHPC

    10 Make anti-property comments without providing reasoning/facts/figures

    11 Post threads about how to annoy people on somersoft

    12 Post dribble

    13 Pretend to be a property investor but in the real world you are just a funds manager trolling this site for unsuspecting clients.

    14 - post up expecting people to hold your hand.

    "...i really want to get into property but i don;t have the cash..."
    "...have you tried doing (a) to raise some capital?..."
    "...no, and i have no idea about that..."
    "...okay, maybe you should do (b), -ve gear it and live at home for a bit...?

    "I would really like to buy an investment property but will never go into debt to do it"

      Wow Muppet not a bad list you have written so far.

      #16. Forum members who try to sell there own products heavily in posts.

      #17. Members who write a huge post of waffle and that has no benefit to topic on hand.

      #18. Large posts which do not have paragraph breaks making them grammatically impossible to read/ stay awake.

      #19. Members who only start posting after considerable time away when they have products they need to promote.

          26. Begin a very interesting sounding thread but when you open them and start reading it's not until you get half way through the post you realise that it relates to another country....
          Please put N.Z, US or Aus etc in the title of the thread.

          27. Display obsession about the number of posts any particular individual member has made.

                30. Flood the site with totally irrelevant threads, which are copied and pasted from other sites. Especially if the individuals have very little else to contribute.
