Accounting Software

Hi
I'm looking for some advice on accounting software! At the moment I'm trying to juggle the books of 4 properties using MS Money and an Excel spreadsheet which is then passed on to my accountant.
I'd be gratefull of any advice on a package that is relevant to Property Investing.

Welcome to the forum.

Try http://www.rentmaster.co.nz for a comprehensive computer program that will probably do all that you want a program to do.

From this site you can download a version to trial and evaluate before you make up your mind.

Cost is $145 for a version which has all the bells and whistles and will handle up to 15 properties.

Ive downloaded rentmaster and PCpropertymanager and will play with both over the next month and see which comes out tops.
