Annual Accounting Fees

It's certainly been a long time since I visited. Hello all :-) What'sthe going rate now for annual accounts, simple set, couple of rentals, everything coded to perfection on Banklink, just need running of depn sched. and a couple of private use jnls and two tax returns. I'm thinking of moving after 20+ yrs, as mine has got pricey lately for no good reason and not very good communicators. Cheers

I wish there was a rate range for services so you could add x number of IPs and or accounting entities and know if you are getting a good deal or being ripped off.

Yes, correct and I guess it's easy to work out the property side however I don't think you can get business and individual tax returns done at the same time with Anthony - just 'property' which may be fine for PAYE investors but not so good when you've got a bit more going on.

Yes, I do complete business accounts for property clients. I have updated my website to include an asterisk and subsequent confirmation of this. My fees are not so easily fixed or transparent for this sort of work though, it's a much more ad-hoc (but still agreed upfront) sort of arrangement.
