I,m following this forum for few months and learn a lot. This is my first post.
I purchased property on May 2004 at $ 291.000
Unfortunately at that moment I didn,t know about chatteles valuation.
On September 2004 I got QV for property like :
Land value $ 185 000
Value of improvements $ 80 000
Capital value $ 265 000
As I started with relocation of house on seme section and total renovation og house I lodged objection for valuation.
After two members of QV team inspected my house I got alter the valuation:
Land value $ 185 000
Value of Improvements $ 185 000
Capital value $ 365 000
Sould I use purchased price for depreciation ( $ 80 000 ), or Improved value of $ 180 000 ??
I got invoice for all job.
When I got tenans at May 2005 I started subdivision proces.
Where to put consultants fees for subdivision--( about $
20 000 ).??
