Does anyone have their structure setup with an offset mortgage.
I have about 200k that i would like to use to offset against an LTC.
Kiwibank flatout refused stating that you could offset against an LTC whereas other banks seem to allow it but the offset account needs to be in the same name as the company loan.
Does anyone have this in place atm?
