Good technology. Easy to work with - for those of us with enough debt!
Not the cheapest rates or fees - but not hopeless to deal with like ANZ, Kiwibank!
Banks are a big money making business.

I've found BNZ very keen to help but pretty useless in practice. Their new online banking is diabolical. Someone got the great idea to "make it look like an app".
Haven't used ASB for a few years but the service was good when I did use them and online banking was good too.You can find me at: Energise Web Design
