    • If the OCR is 3 % ish in 2026 - what would a 2 year fixed mortgage interest rate be - 2% above OCR? Is there a formula to knowing roughly what rates will be based on OCR? The answer may be on PT but not in this discussion.

          Hard to know exactly just as we don't really know what the RBNZ rate will be at that time ... but going off what I signed up for around the time we did have 3% core rate .. I got 1yr fixed for 4.75%...
