Thank you very much for your time.
My wife and I are looking at a commercial property investment, I have found it a little hard to get some good information on the pitfalls, things to be aware of, responsibilities, plus's/minus, insurance concerns etc
The best guide I managed to find was the link below,
I would be very grateful if anyone here can point me towards any additional information books or publications they found helpful that I can use to 'up school' myself as Ive quickly realized there is alot more due diligence and checks you need to understand in this space
