Leasing - agent or no agent?

Hi all industrial landlords, when looking for a new tenant do you use the services of a leasing agent, or do you prefer to advertise for and deal with propective tenants yourself? If an agent is the way to go, do you negotiate with them regarding their fee?

Cheers. I was thinking about DIYing it and I might just go ahead. I wasn't all that confident on finding a tenant here in Auckland 6 months ago but it seems like general business activity is picking up.

          Great work .
I am pleased you tried that.
The industrial market is strong and the demand is there.
Do you have other space coming up as you can keep your advertisement running.
