  • water leaking

    Hi

A water pipe inside the wall is leaking in the commercial property. The wall has to be cut in order to fix the problem. I want to know who should pay for the repairing fee? is the landlord or the tenant?

I am looking forward to all the replies.

    Cheers

    Read the lease.
Residential it would be the LL.
Commercial will depend on the contract.

Hi - this is part of the building structure so will be a landlord cost. Cheers.

Just based on the contract if it's commercial.
