Rate cut on Spanish mortgages
Norwich & Peterborough is reducing its fixed rate mortgages for properties in Spain and Gibraltar.
The Spanish mortgage is reduced from 3.84 per cent to 3.59 per cent with a £250 reservation fee to pay.
Two fixed rates are available for properties in Gibraltar. The two-year and five-year fixed rates are both reduced from 5.38 per cent to 5.24 per cent. There is a reservation fee of £385 to pay on both mortages.
