eri, my partner had no warning before the ejection and has no knowledge of what he did that was wrong. Therefore it's rather difficult to pledge better behaviour, no? Moot point, however as he's not taken up Donna's offer of starting under a different handle (doesn't see the point of that, and I tend to agree). I'm sharing his email address, as I'm not that tech-savvy. He showed me what to do. I'm sure the mods are more helpful than you assume.

Furthermore, if you'd like to review my posts thus far (and I'm sure you have), you would already be able to tell that there's been nothing other than helpfulness, valid questions and observations. If you disagree, I'd like an example.

I'm sure you're more knowledgeable of how to ask for help on this website than I, eri. I couldn't find a link to ask for assistance, so assumed the General list was a good place to start. No need to be so nasty about it.
