Hi, does anybody have any recommendations for mentoring programs or seminars? Mainly on do ups and flips, finding the deals crunching the numbers ect.

Hi Maken welcome to the forum.

Personally I would read my way through Property Talk it is huge resource on all of the above. (And if you click the link in my signature you will find a list of some of the best threads, and even a section on number crunching)

And there are reasonably regular Property Talk get togethers and number crunching events all of which are free and you are most welcome to attend.

Almost everyone recommends joining your local property investor association, which is reasonably priced and usually have good get togethers, a chance to chat to fellow investors & to hear good speakers.

On the mentoring front, while personally I don't think this is necessary, I hear reasonably good things about Acumen mentoring (details here: http://www.acumen.co.nz/wa.asp?idWeb...&idDetails=133 ) And Rustica who does the mentoring frequents these forums.

I am living in chch at the moment but dont really mind where I end up living as I have just returned from over sea's.
