Taxpayers cough up $$millions (probably billions) to improve downtown Auckland and other major towns, including beautifying streets and expanding public transport.

However, our Government's inability to lay down the law to address even basic criminal activity renders the investments worthless.

I watched this video (see link below) and sympathise with the victims of a vicious, unprovoked attack on Auckland trains in Dec '25. As one victim says, there are security cameras everywhere capturing the attack and other brutal crimes just like it, so why are the criminals still doing it and apparently getting away with it?

A victim says there's been no response from Auckland Transport. Mr Brown and his cohorts are not doing their job (they are not leading). Additionally, our laws are not working, and our leaders in the beehive are also not taking crimes against NZers and our property seriously.

We really need to clean our sh!t up.
