Great to hear of you helping the people of Tavua, they need it. Keep up the good works, the more of us that can lend a helping hand the better :-)

blub,

But Fiji is still a big place. I have been off the beaten track in Fiji and yes, I know it’s poor. But exactly where is it that Dean does his good work? That is my question. If you don’t know the street address, perhaps you know which segment of the island's he does his good deeds in. North? South? East? West?

It's vitally important that everyone knows about my anonymous good deeds!

And I would like to know how many Ounces of Gold he has invested in...

Just kidding, but one question I would like to ask Dean is do you have any recommended books to read on delegating tasks for the busy property investor, or simply "the art of delegation" type advice that you might personally use? Sometimes it is full on and to crank it to the next success level you feel like you need another set of hands!

Thanks,
Dave

Peter have you actually been in Fiji in the areas you mention ? or been too busy criticising people in your blog instead?

Firstly WELCOME Dissindat. Please excuse my fellow posters, they sometimes forget common courtesy as they are too busy chasing red herrings and looking for demons to exorcise. Not all Kiwis are like that, I promise.

I think you will find the people who are actively investing in property don't have the time to visit the forum every hour of every day, but they do pop in from time to time and will happily give their views to genuine questions. You should start a new thread with a specific question in the title, and see how that goes. The more specific the question is to property (as opposed to financial crisis or market conditions), the less likely you will get flooded by (what I call) 'Social' posters (i.e. people that see the forum as a social event and meeting place as opposed to a hard core property investing tool).

Please keep looking for the information you seek, and can I encourage you to use the 'ignore' function in which you can filter certain posters that you believe bring nothing property related to the forum. I think you might also be able to ignore specific posts?? (Perhaps one of the Mods can confirm that)

Best Regards
TD
