Rental required in Auckland

Hi all

I'm hoping you can help me. Very good friends of mine are looking to rent a 3 bedroom house in Auckland for around 4 - 6 months from the end of April/start of May. As I have no PI contacts in the Auckland area I am hoping someone on here can help out. They are wanting a place while they build, great people and would be ideal tenants.

Preferrably within Remuera and surrounding areas as their little boy attends kindy etc there and Mr needs to be able to work from home.

Any ideas suggestions much appreciated as they would love to find somewhere at least semi-nice!

As a NZPIF (Otago) member is it worth me contacting the Auckland PI branch (I'm in Auckland for a few days at the moment)?
