Default Best Way To Learn/Associate With Property Investment

I've read a number of books on the subject but am by far no expert. I'm in my early 20's and saving up for a deposit.

In the next few years what should I do to keep learning. And my main question is...

Do I need to join a property investment association? (I've seen them advertised in the property investor magazine)\

And whats some other good resources?

Thanks.

I wouldn't hesitate. Go along and meet some other people who've been in the game longer than you -- they're a pretty friendly bunch at APIA and you'll get plenty of benefits...

regards,

In addition hook up with some active investors over coffee and start picking the brains of people currently doing stuff. Best way to learn by far!!

Yes. The NZ Property Investor magazine is a must!! If your really want to learn, then go to Auckland Uni and do a 3 years Bach of property (property investment, development, management, valuation etc)

Don't hesitate to join if you think it would help you to be a better person in the industry. Reading good books are great and reading blogs too, but the most effective way is to talk personally with professionals.
