For the Women's Group March meeting, we are pleased to feature Ann Loudon from StreetSMART Group.

Ann will speak to the Women's group on the best way to get one's accounts in order for the end of the account year, tips on how to maximise tax deduction, depreciation, allocation of land/chattel values and other accounting issues property investors should be aware of.

With the recent media coverage on proposed tax changes, many property investors still have their questions unanswered. Why not attend this meeting and have your accounting and tax queries clarified once and for all?

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Ann Loudon - B.Com, ACCM, CA (PP)
Ann Loudon is a chartered accountant and the founder of StreetSMART Group Ltd, an accounting and business advisory business based in Ellerslie, Auckland. She started her own chartered accounting business in 1987 while profoundly deaf, and had a successful cochlear implant operation in 1996.

Her passion is helping people become financially independent, whether by creating passive income through business or investing. Intelligent property investing is one way to achieve that and StreetSMART has many clients who invest in property.

For many years Ann was a regular contributor to the New Zealand Property Magazine, writing articles to help readers understand the strategies of successful property investment.

Ann has two sons studying at university and enjoys jogging, reading, snow skiing, movies and travelling.
