Hi!
I see there's lot of uncertanity about negotiations and dealing with RE agent. I'll attempt to share whatever little I know - basically to get a bot of criticism and scrutiny and see how the system could be improved. I wrote something in another thread, but it never got any further. I've got some feedback via PM, where this text has been called "script" - well, yes, it is a script... So what do you thinl about this one?

Hey, xris, as we are talking properties here, have you contemplated selling some of your investments? I'm a private cashed up buyer, looking to buy houses like your's - and can buy one or all of your properties TODAY - that is if the price is right! What about that house with tenants from hell? Look, slump is coming, rental vacancies will increase - and you will have bundle of cash in the bank and no worries at all? If you looking for quick solution - let me know, I can help
