Hi, I am looking to buy an off-the-plan apartment in central Auckland. This is my first purchase in Auckland and first apartment. I would like to know from investor's point of view what floor level would you pick? The price list indicates that the higher the level, more expensive the unit is. So is there any advantage in choosing a higher level? eg, to attract more tenants with the view and able to charge more rent?
Would you expect more capital growth on higher floor levels? Any other considerations like noise from the streets?
