Anyone else think this book just reads as a sales pitch for the rich dad coaching service and other books?

Its a pretty good book to start changing ones mentality towards money.

As for the sales pitch, just ignore it and focus on the gold.

I gave up when I got to the bit about how he actually made his fortune once he was homeless. He made his fortune becoming one of the advisors he warns about in his books-someone giving advice on something they have no experience in and weren't sucessful in themselves. Combined with all the lies, contradictions and bad advice of the first book I would label that guy as nothing more than a motivational scam artist who got rich off a pyramid scheme.

and hes friends with donald trump says it all.

but i still think the early books are good to open minds about investing and passive income.

his books got me hooked about real estate in the beginning

It's pretty much proven time and time again that he's full of BS.... Being ex-military I picked up on the lies he told about his military background/service easier than perhaps others..... From then on everything he said has to be taken with a very large grain of salt.

not to say He's been all bad........ Hey even hitler built some good roads and a nice car

His books sold tonnes because mostly they are out of the norm, and they are easy to read.

i gave up reading Think and Grow Rich, 7 habits of successful people etc, just not the same ease of reading anymore...

I guess you gotta hand it to him, he is sucessful at what he does. He just doesn't offer any advice that will help others to get that sucessfull

I think his target audience is more for those who dont even invest or think about investing yet.

For those who are already on the path, there are other specialist books that are more suited

Yes, he is a joke, he's on the vaccination cause autism band wagon as well. As a believer in capitalism, idiots like Trump are just something I hold my nose over.

This is a good watch, Trump really does have an amazing ability to pull the wool over people's eye's. He is a master of PR and chutzpah, that's where his real skill is.
