He was posting in reference to a buyer of one of his properties that did a runner on him. I believe a Chinese national who he has a compliant registered against him if he returns to NZ. Pity he didn't think of taking responsibilities himself though and honour his word and signed guarantees we all paid a large premium for. Doesn't hesitate though in blaming everyone else but himself. I love it when I talk to the developer he encourages everyone to take Dean to court and Dean does the same when you talk to him.

TheLiberalLeft (aka TLL) morphed into Leftette when TLL was banned.
She was a he and kept up the pretence very well (didn't trip himself up at all).
Aside from the sniping at the Mods there were a lot of interesting, well thoughtout, view expressed.
