Property near a church

We saw a house not far from a small church and church cemetery in central Auckland. the house is about 50m away from the church. And we cant see anything (church or cemetery) from the house as the house is at the back of a long driveway.
The house is in a good school zone and good size bedrooms.

what do you all experts think ?

You could charge more for the extra holy aura and vampire deterrent of the church.

As long as you cant see the graveyard directly, or at least have one or two houses in front as separation, it should be fine.

Next door to the graveyard is fine. Advertise it as quiet neighbours.

I wouldn't even have considered the fact it was near a church to be a problem. But the fact that you do means that others might.
