How are commercial mortgage rates worked out? Unlike residential mortgage rates, these are not advertised so not as comparable.

Hi King13, often they are priced on a case by case basis as well, depending on how strong the deal/customer is.

Depends on your position, what the property is, where the property is, who it is leased to, how long the lease is, what % you want to borrow.
Not simple and can change at a whim.
