Hi we have a property in Zone 1, Auckland (Ellerslie). 720sqm. As far as we are aware, the council rules states that you must have 400sqm per dwelling.
My Questions are:
1. Does anyone know how likely/or expensive the process would be to get consent around this and subdivide?
2. Could a minor dwelling be a feasible option to getting a house on the section, and if so, what limitations are we likely to come up against?
3. Any other thoughts or people/companies to talk to? Your ideas are much appreciated.
