anyone could advise me in general and may be also specifically about Roseneath/Wellington about the followings?
1, cost of subdivision, a 600m2 land to split to 270 m2 and 330 m2? there is similar done at the neighbouring property.
2, rough time frame for this? from the initial application till the split? (weeks? Months, Years?
3, anything I should pay attention to? could make it a real misery?
4, best ways to figure out in advance whether the permission will be granted or not? (without actually applying)
finally, would you enter into a lease option depending on you get permission for title split?
