Hello guys i just bought an apartment with a tenant on it,the tenant has been there for over one year, and i reckon the rent has not been increased since then.
I would like to know how do i do a rental valuation or should i just increase the rent by a bit.
Is 1 bedroom apartment in auckland city,there is one bathroom,fridge,toilet,washing machine,micro oven,couches and tables.
I was thinking if i do increase it i might loose the tenant.
The other twist is,WINZ pay the rent, so i reckon if WINZ would be able to afford, or just tell the tenant to look for cheaper accommodation.
Please advise guys,since i am after cash flow and an extra $50 would really help,thanks very much.
