I have an apartment in town that is part of a BC operated by Crockers.
And yesterday I got an email from them saying that if I bring on an extra property for them to manage, they will pay me $1000 + GST.
Now I have 3 apartments that are managed by someon else... so that's $3k + GST I assume I could get by switching to Crockers.
Seems like a good deal to me.
What do others think of this? Are Crockers any good?
