bamboo flooring damaged

We had a new fridge delivered and the contractor slid out the old fridge leaving two long fairly deep scratches/Dents in the flooring. It does seem very prone to dents.*
I assume this can't be fixed without lifting the floor and replacing the boards and the chances of matching the floor is unlikely to happen.*
Floor is only a year old grrr

Get them to fix it ?

If that doesn't work, go to your own insurance company, and be clear on who caused the problem.
