I am trying to get my head around how best to do this.
As I can imagine it being a complete nightmare if not set up correctly.
Not so worried about the legal side, more the finance and accounting side of things.
If one party for example has the borrowing capacity to get 80% finance of a property thas is to be traded.
And the other party has funds to pay the 20% deposit and renovation / holding costs.
How on earth would you set it up.
