How do I solve this ? I intend to give the agent a notice a head of time to find another tenant. But I also do not want to loose any of my money bond. From my experience, agents try to make use of the tenant and deduct money from the bond under any excuse. I am thinking to give a notice now and not to pay the rent and then will let her take the bond.
As a last solution should I go to the court to end the tenancy on the base it is a hardship to pay a loan and a rent ?
