now maybe viscous dog owners too should be kicked out AND charged the medical costs of rebuilding these kids faces

A young child has been attacked by a dog in Auckland.
It is understood the child suffered serious facial injuries after being attacked by a Pitbull.
Auckland Council's Animal Control Unit was dealing with the incident.
A St John spokesperson said the seven-year-old was taken to Middlemore Hospital in a serious condition.
The attack happened in Takanini, in South Auckland, about 1.30pm on Saturday.
It is understood the attack happened on a Housing New Zealand property.

Also check to see if there is any pet related damage so include that to be remedied in your 14 day breach notice.

Phone calls can be recorded if one of the parties is aware. (ie: yourself). Whether the recording as admissible as evidence is something I can't answer. See: s216, 1961 Crimes Act.

Very similar to my puppy. I got her from Animates through a partnership with a rescue organisation in Taupo. Her paperwork listed her as a Cattle Dog Cross. Apart from her colouring, she looks just like a Staffy. Staffies, by the way, are nothing like Pitbulls and make great family pets.

My dog would absolutely have rushed at the officer and his dog - she would have been overjoyed at the chance to play with a four-legged friend.
