I have never purchased real estate before. Can someone please explain the process to me?
Here is the scenario:
1. Purchase of freehold residential section
2. Private sale
3. No finance involved
4. I have a lawyer lined up to do conveyancing
5. I am local to the property. Vendor is in another part of the country.
Between negotiation and finalisation - what happens please?
