Both dwellings are physically separate, separate power & water meters. Separate drives & none of the land has common use grounds.

As far as council rules go i am of the understanding i am not able to cross lease & sell off individually.

Everything is very separate and each dwelling is very much in its own entity.
So does anyone know if there can be special consideration for a cross-lease in situations like these?
